We accept most major insurance plans including: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, United Health Care, Optum, and Mass General Brigham. If you do not see your insurance, please email us and we can talk through ways to still get you the help you want.
Our objective is to meet you where you are most comfortable. You are welcome to come physically into our office in Cambridge. But, we also know that many people want to attend therapy from the comfort and convenience of their home, or wherever else they have an internet connection.
