Christina (she/her) is adept at and enjoys working with anyone navigating life transitions. She specializes in partnering with females/female-identifying individuals who are managing complex family dynamics, difficult peer relationships, addictions, trauma, or simply the challenges of growth. Her role is to provide a judgment-free space for processing struggles and questions, while guiding and challenging you to confront habitual thought patterns that may be negatively impacting your day-to-day life. She views therapy holistically, believing that a body at peace is the most powerful body we have for decision-making and conflict resolution. She incorporates elements of breath-work, meditation, grounding exercises, and gentle movement (as desired and appropriate) into sessions for whole-body wellness. Christina has experience working in smaller, community-based mental health environments, as well as bigger healthcare systems, such as Boston Children’s Hospital, with a particular focus on child welfare. She practices a client-first and trauma-informed approach to therapeutic support. She provides both in person and virtual mental health services.
