McKenna (she/her) is a licensed clinician who works with adults to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can talk openly and better understand what’s beneath the surface. Her approach is warm, curious, and nonjudgmental, focusing on helping clients recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck and supporting meaningful change. She has experience in both outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings and works with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, life transitions, and more complex clinical needs. She has a particular interest in working with individuals navigating religious trauma and deconstruction. McKenna integrates CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy, and is trained in EMDR and Dance/Movement Therapy. She takes a trauma-informed, body-based approach, helping clients connect with both their internal experiences and how those show up in the body. Her work is tailored to each individual, always moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive. McKenna can be your in-person and online therapist.
